Air Peace Airline has explained why its aircraft could not carry the Emir of Kano on Friday.
The airline said the aircraft was fully boarded and about to take off when the monarch called that it should be delayed for him to enter.
For turning down his request, the airline claimed Isa Bayero threatened to incite Kano people against them.
