Emmanuel, hailing from Umuaku in Umuneochi LGA of Abia State and formerly a prominent figure in the Isuochi Improvement Association (IIA), had just completed his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) earlier this year and secured a job with an undisclosed bank.
