Renowned activist and co-convener of Concerned Nigerians, Prince Deji Adeyanju, has vowed to submit a visa ban petition to the UK, US embassies against the Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Joe Enwonwu.
This followed the killing of a final year student of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso student by men of the Nigeria Police during the End SARS protest in the state on Saturday.
IDOMA VOICE reports that the unidentified young man was shot dead by a trigger happy police man who tried to disperse the protesters.
Reacting to the ugly development, Adeyanju said he would submit the visa ban petition against CP Enwonwu on Monday.
He tweeted, “We will be submitting a Visa Ban petition on Monday against the Oyo State Commissioner of Police over the extrajudicial killing of a student who was demanding #EndSARS today.”
