End SARS: Soldiers take over Abuja amid protest

Amid the ongoing anti-SARS protest, Soldiers have taken over streets of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

They were located at strategic location within Abuja.

Recall that the Nigerian Army had launched its annaul exercise, Operation Crocodile Smile.

The Army had disclosed that the annual drill would commence nationwide on October 20, 2020

And just before the date, soldiers are now positioned at every strategic point in the FCT as the #EndSARS protests persists.

Some video clips online also captured some soldiers and mobile police men harassing the protesters.

Also note that army had issued a statement, saying its Operation Crocodile Smile was not because of the protests.
