End SARS/SWAT: ‘We are under attack’ – Mr. Macaroni cries out to Gov Sanwoolu

Ace comedian and one of the leading voices in the ongoing End SWAT/SARS campaign, Mr. Macaroni, has cried out to the Lagos State Governor, Jide Sanwoolu, following the attack on demonstrators by hired thugs on Thursday morning in Alausa.

The comedian-cum-activist said the governor had promised that the they were free to protest peacefully and that no harm would come to them but the reverse is now the case.

He tweeted, “Mr Governor  @jidesanwoolu, you said that we were free to protest peacefully and that no harm would come to us. Now look at what is happening right in your territory! It happened yesterday, it is happening today. We are being attacked!! Kudos sir!!! #EndPoliceBrutalityinNigeria
