Former BBNaija housemate, Tacha, has accused the Nigerian government of masterminding the Monday’s jail break in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
IDOMA VOICE reports that some thugs had invaded the correctional centre in the state capital, pulled down walls and freed some inmates.
Consequently, the Edo State Government had declared a 24-hour curfew till further notice.
The police had in a statement accused the End SARS protesters of attacking the prison yard.
Reacting, however, Tacha said the authorities broke the prison just to sabotage the peaceful protest.
“Those INMATES in Benin were ILLEGALLY released by authorities!! Just to SABOTAGE THE PEACEFUL PROTEST! We are not fools!!Cross mark.”
