Enoma Egbobawaye: Celebrating one of Nigeria’s best youths who won 9 Awards at UNIBEN Convocation

Modesty would have taught me to keep this picture to my self but then it is written that no one lights a candle and puts it under the table. It has always been my prayer that people will see me and glorify God because of me.

I graduated with a first class degree in Economics and Statistics and on thursday 21st November, 2019, the 45th convocation ceremony of the University of Benin, Nigeria, I was awarded 9 Awards:

☆Best graduating student in B.Sc. Economics and Statistics 2018.

☆ Zenith Bank Award for the best graduating student in Economics and Statistics Department 2018.

☆Chief James Onanefe Ibori prize to the best graduating student in Economics and statistics department 2018.

☆Prof. S.E.N. Okoh foundation award for best graduating in the faculty of social sciences 2018.

☆Prof. S.E.N. Okoh foundation award for best graduating in the department of Economics and Statistics 2018.

☆Victor Odozi Prize to the best graduating student in academic performance in Development Economics Eco 311, faculty of social sciences 2018.

☆Dr George Agbonlahor Prize to the best graduating student, faculty of social sciences 2018.

Behind every success, there is a story.

When we hear/read of a person who just got a job or did excellently, it is good to know that God’s grace and man’s effort brought about the result. I am grateful to God Almighty for all the way long He has intervened in my AFFAIRS.

Special thanks to my parents, family and friends who has been there for me throughout this journey.

I also want to acknowledge the efforts of my lecturers, my project supervisor, Prof. Mrs. E. I. Izilein, my course mates, the Award providers as well as the University of Benin Management. To all who have been sending congratulatory messages, I want to say thank you and God bless you all. I am happy to have been crowned with these awards and I am excited for what comes next.
