A House of Representatives aspirant for Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo federal constituency, Chief Philip Agbese, has announced plans to send three first class graduates from Enone to the United Kingdom for their masters degrees in ICT related courses by September 2021.
Okanga Agila, as soft-spoken Philip is known, also promised to sponsor seminar to train 30 young men and women from the constituency.
Making this disclosure on Thursday, Agbese, a renowned philanthropist averred that the world has moved from politics to inventions and “our people cannot be left behind.”
He wrote, “As ordained by the one who has sent us; 3 First class graduates from Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo Federal Constituency will be in the United Kingdom by September 2021 for their Masters degrees in ICT related courses. I will personally fly in the same aircraft with them to the United Kingdom to celebrate their achievements with their families.
“Whilst training and seminar to bring out the best in our intellectually enterprising young men and women will be facilitated for 30 persons who will in turn return home to train others. The world has moved from politics to inventions and our people cannot be left behind.
“This is my pledge.”
