Arsenal midfielder, Jorginho, has spoken out following his costly error in the 2-2 draw against Tottenham on Sunday.
Jorginho was accountable for allowing Spurs’ second equalizer during the match, which was also their captain Heung-min Son’s second goal.
The Italian player has now taken to social media, stating: “Today’s error was painful, but witnessing everyone’s supportive response afterward – my teammates, coaches, staff, and the fans – it only fuels my determination to work harder. You all deserve my absolute best.”
“Thank you, Arsenal family, for your unwavering support.”
With Declan Rice aggravating a back injury, Jorginho is now expected to have an extended run in the midfield.
