Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City manager, stated on Friday that he will have to navigate the upcoming trip to West Ham without three crucial players.
During his media briefing, Guardiola confirmed that Jack Grealish, John Stones, and Mateo Kovacic won’t be available for the Premier League match.
“They are both injured for tomorrow. I don’t know for Red Star Belgrade [on Tuesday]. Step by step.
“The injury for Jack [Grealish] is muscular but he has an incredible knock for his knee and the damage is there.
“John [Stones] is better but still has issues.
“[Mateo Kovacic] has something also muscular. It’s not a big issue but also he is out for tomorrow,” Guardiola said.
Manchester City remains at the pinnacle of the Premier League, boasting a perfect record with four wins in as many fixtures.
