Former Senator Shehu Sani from Kaduna State has leveled serious accusations against the ministerial nominees put forward by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sani alleged that Tinubu rewarded “some vultures” in the ministerial list for their betrayal during the last general elections.
As the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, read out Tinubu’s ministerial list during the plenary session on Thursday, it was revealed that the list included prominent names such as former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, Nyesom Wike, and twenty-six other nominees.
In his Twitter post, Sani described some of the nominees as “serpents” with a well-known history of treachery.
He also accused Tinubu of appeasing those who had betrayed him, likening the act to sparing a snake in a palace, which would not spare the king.
