Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has denied appointing ‘born again’ militant, Terwase Akwaza popularly known as Ghana as the state’s Youth Leader, IDOMA VOICE can authoritatively report.
News broke out, Monday morning, alleging that Akwaza who recently repented from the business of ka-boom! was appointed by the state governor to lead youths in Benue.
However, when IDOMA VOICE contacted Tahav Agerzua, Special Adviser to the governor of Media & IT, he described the report as unfounded.
“No one has made such appointment. I can confirm that from the governor himself,” Agerzua told our correspondent.
