The Umualuma of Umuezekoha, the umbrella body of the Ezza people of Ado Local Government have felicitated with a son of the soil, the Councilor Representing Ulayi Ward and Deputy Leader of the Ado Legislative Assembly, Friday Aduadu.
They have similarly appreciated the Ado Local Government Chairman, James Oche for carrying them along in his administration in an unprecedented manner by finding them worthy of key appointments. They have also reckoned him their political leader.
The people who converged yesterday at Ulayi were represented by selected elders led by Chief Batholomew Nwode. They described James Oche as a God sent and expressed gratitude over his style of all inclusive leadership, while also congratulating their son Aduadu on the feat.
Responding, Oche maintained that, he was long prepared for service to his people even before the opportunity came and said it was only right to bring to bear, the conceived ideas. He said the Ezza were by all standards are a part and parcel of Ado and maintained that they would be considered as such in every sense.
In attendance were Chiefs Silvester Obasi, Chris Anigor, Ben Nweke, Ukoro Izekwe and Clement Ovu. Others were Sunday Nwakpa, Alphonsus Nwali Oke, Emeka Nwokpoku, Gilbert Nweke, Alphonsus Okoha, Vincent Ede, Itumo Joseph and others.
Oche’s leadership dexterity since assuming office has been greatly commended, largely due to his selfless commitment to the welfare of the people and his impartial disposition to the allocation of resources.
