Facebook removes ‘delete post’ option from desktop web version

Facebook has removed ‘delete post’ option from the desktop web version.

Before now, a post can be deleted completely but the new police now allows user to move a post to recycle bin which would be deleted in 30 days.

A quick check by IDOMA VOICE on Tuesday showed that the ‘delete post’ can no longer be accessed on desktop version.

The only option available is either you archive the post or move to recycle bin: ‘items in recycle bin are deleted after 30 days.’

No reason has been given by Facebook management for the development.
