FACT CHECK: Did CNN newscaster name her son after Peter Obi?

An online news platform, SaharaNews had in a report claimed that popular news anchor with CNN Brianna Keilar has named her son after Pete Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party.

The news platform also credited Igbo Watch as the original source of the report:

The report with the caption reads: “BREAKING: CNN “Brianna Keilar” Newscaster Named Her Son Peter Obi. “According to her, never has such a great man emerged from African politics, and since she has seen one “peter Obi” her son needs to bear the name Peter Obi.”

The news portal, however, did not state where Keilar made the comment.

VERIFICATION
Findings by IDOMA VOICE indicate that Kailer has just one son named Antonio Allen Martinez Lujan who is four years old.
