Family raises alarm over alleged property hijack by ex-APC chair, Abdullahi Adamu

The family of the former chairman of the defunct National Party of Nigeria in Plateau State, Alhaji Yahaya Sabo, has accused the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu, of illegally hijacking a property in Lafia, currently occupied by the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria.

According to Mohammed Sabo, the eldest son of Alhaji Yahaya Sabo, the Nasarawa State government had initially donated the property to the agency. However, he revealed that before Adamu’s governorship, the property had served as an office for the Peoples Democratic Party.

Sabo further alleges that during Adamu’s tenure as the state’s governor, he sold the property to the state government. Despite the passing of their father, the family’s attempts to reclaim the property have been unsuccessful.
