Fani Kayode, other Nigerians applaud Dr. Paul Enenche for speaking against killers in Nigeria

The former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode and other Nigerians, particularly social media users, have hailed Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre speaking against Fulani attacks in Nigeria.

Recently, the respected cleric voiced out his anger over the killing of innocent Nigeria by the marauding herdsmen.

A visibly angry Dr. Enenche, affirmed that people would no longer fold their arms and watch others maim and waste them for no reason, averring that it was time for self-defesne.
“Now, hear this, whatever a person does to prevent himself from being killed is not an offence. It is in the constitution.

“Section 59 of the penal code says, nothing is an offence of which is done in the lawful exercise of the right of private defense,” the cleric had said.

Reacting to Enenche’s submission, Fani kayode applauded the popular pastor for speaking up against what he described as ‘genocide Fulani terrorism’ despite slow action by the government.

“I commend Bishop Oyedepo, Apostle Suleiman, Pastor Enenche, Bishop El Buba and others for speaking out against the evil of the bloodthirsty and genocidal Fulani terrorists’ right from the start whilst others sat on the fence and remained silent. God will reward you.”

Also reacting to the cleric’s message, a commenter identified as Evran, said, “Interesting, he does have a point on the self defence part, no one has the monopoly of violence; when you attack,it is only logical for you to expect retaliation. When there is no retaliation, more attacks will definitely follow as such weakness will be exploited.

“But when there is a retaliation, negotiation will eventually follow, and the end product will be peace.”

Another Eze wrote, “Good! Don’t know why a group of people will just be killing people mercilessly like they’re animals.
How people enjoying taking lives is surprising. Very barbaric acts in the name of what exactly?”

On his part, Tope Omogoroye, hailed Dr. Enenche for churning our words of wisdom.

“I Am always flabbergasted by the candid and plainspoken words of wisdom that always comes out of the mouth of this man. He is one of the few that refuse to be intimated and preponderated by all these heartless set of people. I just wonder why the government acts unconcerned about the killing and maiming of innocent Nigerians.”

Adding his voice, one Odeha described the message as corrosive and brutal.
He wrote, “Wow! Very corrosive & brutal, let those bloodthirsty demons know that no one has monopoly to violence.”

Akanji Bola wrote, “Now someone is talking sense into the we Christians; enough of this rubbish, self defense is allowed and permitted by both the law of God and Man..

“Kuddos servant of Christ, likewise I salute the Apostle himself.. These two servants of Christ are truly opening the eyes of majority of Christians and there members in regards to the real world, unlike the others.”

Edoh Denis also reacted thus, “Thank you Pastor for the clarification of our right to self defense with bible verses. Individual Nigerians and the State governments should assert that right. This clears any doubts.”
