A fire has broken out in a 10-storey building on Broad Street, located in the Lagos Island Local Government Area of Lagos State.
Margaret Adeseye, the Director of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, confirmed the incident.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and it originated on the first floor of the popular Mandilas building. The fire has now spread to the fourth floor.
Emergency responders from the Ebute Elefun and Sari Iganmu Fire Stations are currently on-site, working to contain the fire and bring the situation under control.
