Former minister of interior Kicks off 4th Edition of Egli Ahubi Unity cup (Otukpo chapter) at Adoka center

Immediate past minister of Interior and Benue south senatorial hopeful on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Comrade Abba Patrick Morro on Sunday November 18th, 2018 kicked off the Otukpo chapter of the 4th edition of Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi Unity cup in Adoka.

Recall that the Ohimini local government chapter of the competition was earlier kicked at Ojali Oglewu by Hon. Adakole Akatu, the Ohimini chairman of the PDP.

Hon. Egli Ahubi who is the deputy speaker and House of Representatives hopeful for Otukpo/Ohimini in 2019 in his speech reinstate commitment to support and promote sporting activities in order to curb social vices in Idoma land as well as prepare them for opportunities in the sporting world.

Hon. Egli, the incumbent member representing Otukpo/Akpa constituency at the Benue Assembly further hinted that with time he will Introduce scouts that will come around.

The opening ceremony match which was between Emmanuel Academy and Avail academy ended 2-1 in favor of Emmanuel Academy.
