Former Enugu Rangers, Julius Berger, and Nigeria International, Temple Chukwuka Moneke, is dead.
Moneke is a football coach turned pastor.
Until his death, he was the Senior Pastor at God’s True Worshipper, Anambra State.
Announcing Moneke’s death was football administrator, Alloy Chukwuemeka, who shared the sad news via his known Facebook page on Saturday morning.
“Former Enyimba FC star player, Nigeria International, Football Coach turned Senior Pastor Temple Moneke is dead. May his soul rest in peace,” Chukwuemeka wrote.
One month ago, Chuba Shedrack, a former player of Katsina United and Plateau United in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) passed away.
Shedrack died after being involved in an auto crash.
In May, Maurice Cooreman, a former coach with several Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) sides, died.
The tactician died at the age of 79 in his home country, Belgium.
