Former Speaker of House of Representative, Rt.Hon. Oladimeji Bankole is now married to Aisha Shinkafi Seidu, daughter of Kebbi Governor, Atiku Bagudu.
The wedding ceremony took place on Friday evening, 15th January, 2021.
The bride, is a lawyer and graduate of the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. She is also a granddaughter to Umaru Shinkafi, a late Nigerian intelligence chief and former federal commissioner of internal affairs. Aisha’s mother is Shinkafi’s daughter and a sister to Aliyu Shinkafi, a former governor of Zamfara state.
Bankole, on the other hand, is a politician who served as the 9th speaker of the house of representatives. Elected at 37, he is regarded as the youngest speaker in the history of the house of representatives.
