No fewer than four persons Sunday night lost their lives in a road accident along Tyo-Mu and Air force base Makurdi highway, Benue State.
The Hilux conveying four persons who were said to be returning from a holiday in Obudu Cattle Ranch, in Cross River reportedly plunged into a River near a bridge along the road.
The driver of the bus was said to have lost control of the vehicle and veered off into the river and got submerged immediately.
As at the time of filing this report, only one body has been recovered.
