FUHSO notice of screening for prospective students

This is to notify parents/Guardians that there will be screening exercise for all candidates who applied to FUHSO for the 2021/ 2022 Academics Session and with a minimum score of 190 at the 2021 UTME.

Date: Tuesday, 24th – Thursday, 26th May, 2022.

Venue: FUHSO Campus, Otada, Otukpo.

Candidates are to come with the following:

i. Print out of JAMB application slip

ii. Two passport photographs

iii. Print out of JAMB result from JAMB Central Admission Processing System, (CAPS)

iv. Original and copies of GCE O’ Level/ NECO result

v. Certificate of State Origin

vi. Evidence (REMITA) of payment 0f non refundable fee of two thousand naira (# 2, 000.00) 0nly for screening.

vii. Birth Certificate

viii. Candidates are expected to come along with photocopies of the above documents from (i)-(vii)

Note: Candidates should check the University website on fusho.edu.ng to follow the step-by-step process of payment via the REMITA.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES:

B. Sc in the relevant Science Courses with a minimum of Second Class lower or A’ Levels/IJMB with a minimum of 10 points (Minimum) of pass in each of Biology, Chemistry and Physics)

– All other reguirement as stated to UTME Candidtates
