Fulani herdsman rapes woman to coma in Owukpa

A suspected Fulani herdsman has reportedly rapped a woman to coma in Ejule Owukpa, Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State.

Owucity reports that on the 23-2- 2020, a mother of five children was raped repeatedly by Fulani herdsmen at Ejule, Owukpa.

Sources said Fulani had herdsman
attempted to rape one Veronica Daniel at Eyupi, Owukpa few weeks
ago.

The Publicity Secretary of Owulpa Youths, Emmanuel Agbo the community would tolerate it.

“We are calling on the executive Governor of the state, the chief of the
local government, the chairman of the local government and all
traditional rulers that our mothers are not Fulani’s wife.

“We don’t want any Fulani in Owukpa community, our daughters,
women and mothers are not safe.”
