Fulani herdsmen strike near Tuface Idibia’s village, kill one in Idoma community

A yet-to-be-identified man has been beheaded by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Ogege community in the Okpale-Ingle ward of Edumoga, Okpokwu local government area of Benue State.

Ogege is the home town of Rose Idibia, mother of popular singer, Tuface Idibia.

The community is also neighboring village to ‎Amufu Ai-ejeba, Tuface’s village.

It was gathered that the heavily armed gunmen stormed the area, Monday evening butchering residents and in the process cut off the man’s head.

The development had since forced residents of the area to vacate their homes.
