FULL LIST: Rema, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat win big at 2023 MTV EMAs

In a star-studded evening at the 2023 MTV EMAs, held on Sunday, November 5, at Paris Nord Villepinte, France, several top artists shone brightly, with Nigerian sensation Divine Ikubor, known as Rema, emerging victorious. Rema, alongside international music icons Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj, and Taylor Swift, claimed some of the most coveted awards of the night.

Rema’s remarkable achievement was in the newly-introduced “Best Afrobeats” category, where he triumphed over formidable Afrobeats heavyweights, Davido and Burna Boy. His competition included Asake, Aya Nakamura, and Ayra Starr, making his win all the more impressive.
