Fully-loaded bus catches fire along Otukpo – Makurdi road (PHOTO)

Tragedy was averted on Sunday in Benue State after a bus belonging to Ejifa Transport Company was involved in a terrible accident.
The full-loaded bus, conveying over 14 passengers heading from Otukpo to Makurdi, the Benue State capital suddenly went up in flame while on high speed.

An eyewitness, Gina told IDOMA VOICE that though no one died in the ghastly accident, but several persons sustained various degrees of injuries while trying to escape from the bus ragging with inferno.
The bus and passengers’ valuables were completely razed by the fire.
She said, “How else can I thank God. Despite my unfaithfulness He still has his eyes on me. I am dumbfounded. I can’t thank u lord enough. It was a narrow escape for me.”
