Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar has said the ongoing crisis rocking the opposition party will soon be resolved.
Atiku described it as a family quarrel, which would be settled internally.
The former vice president made the assertion on Friday after a closed door meeting with the former military president Ibrahim Babangida at his uphill home in Niger State.
Speaking with journalists after the meeting, Atiku expressed optimism that the crisis rocking the party will be resolved before the February election.
He said, “We have always engaged the five governors and we will continue to engage them. This is a family quarrel and we believe that we will resolve it before the elections and you will see a very, very united and strong PDP that will face the elections.”
