The Executive Governor of Benue State, Reverend Father Dr. Hyacinth Alia has paid a visit to the former Secretary to the Benue State Government, Barr. Targema Takema in his Makurdi residence.
The Governor in the company of the Speaker of the Benue State House Assembly, Hon. Aondona Dajoh, the Majority Leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Saater Tiseer the Deputy majority leader, Hon. Ikong Cyril Ijebe, the Chief Whip Dr. Ortese Yanmar and the Deputy whip, Hon. Bemdoo Peter Ipusu arrive at the residence of the elder statesman and were received by his wife, Mrs. Tekama.
The Governor expressed happiness to God over the speedy recovery of Barr. Tekama, recounting his indelible marks, prayed to God for total healing on Barrister Takema.
Barr. Tekama thanked Fr. Alia for the Visit and expressed his willingness that when fully recovered he would like to join the governor to work and deliver the state from the clutches of underdevelopment.
