Gov Alia promises construction Of Otukpo–Agila road, linkage of Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo, others

The Executive Governor of Benue state, His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Iormen Alia Ph.D has promised to construct the road linking Otukpo to Agila in Ado local government area, as well as the construction of an accessible road that would link the three Local Government Areas of the Enone Federal Constituency.

Gov Alia made this pronouncement at the “Thank You Tour” to Enone ( Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo) federal constituency .

The masses’ Governor also promised the construction of two or three rural roads in each of the 9 local governments of zone C, depending on the kilometers of each road.

While making the pronouncement, Gov Alia stated that he had already mapped out plans for the execution of those projects even before making the pronunciation.

His Excellencey assured the people of Enone that he would never fail in fulfilling his promises to them, adding that he could only mention what he knew he would do.

The Mr 25th thanked the people of Enone for overwhelmingly voting him to become the governor of Benue state, noting that the record number of votes he secured was a testament to the love the people have for him.

The Reverend Governor equally expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for always granting every of his request for the good people of Benue, citing the approved construction of Three Underpasses; each at Makurdi, Gboko and Otukpo the Zone C headquarters.

Earlier in her welcome address, the Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Chief Hon Mrs Lami Danladi Ogenyi thanked His Excellency and his entourage for gracing the land of Enone.

The number 4th citizen of the state, Chief Lami stated that the people of Enone are grateful to His Excellency for women and youth inclusion in his government. She however, pleaded with His Excellency to consider creating more empowerment opportunities for the youths of Enone in a bid to lifting them off the street.
