Gov Samuel Ortom on Sunday, November 13th, 2022 attended the investiture of Oliver Aba as Prelate of the Methodist Church, Nigeria. The ceremony which took place at the Methodist Church of the Trinity, Tinubu, Lagos also had the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi in attendance.
Governor Ortom was also given the Award by the Methodist Church as ‘Worthy Ambassador of Jesus Christ for his contributions to the body of Christ in Nigeria.
The occasion also attracted dignitaries across the country including the Deputy Governor of Benue State, Engr. Benson Abounu and his wife, Justice Mary Abounu,
some members of the Benue State Security and Executive Council as well as the Deputy Governorship candidate of the PDP in Benue State, Sir John Ngbede among many others.
