The Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, has appointed 1342 individuals into the Benue State Fire Service. This significant announcement, disclosed by the organization’s management on March 19th, 2024, underscores a dedicated investment in public safety.
The successful candidates, representing all 23 local government areas of the state, will receive their engagement letters at the Benue State Fire Service Department Headquarters situated on Barracks Road, Makurdi. The distribution of these letters will span three days, organized by geographical zones.
Candidates from Zone A will collect their letters on Monday, March 25th, 2024, followed by Zone B on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, and concluding with Zone C on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024.
