Green Africa has temporarily suspended its flight operations due to an ongoing dispute with its aircraft lessor.
Despite efforts to prevent disruptions, the airline announced that flights would remain grounded until after the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
In a statement on Monday, Green Africa apologized to customers for the inconvenience and assured them that efforts were underway to resolve the issue swiftly.
“We sincerely apologize to our valued customers who will be impacted by this disruption. Please rest assured that we are actively working towards resuming operations in very short order,” the airline stated.
While specific details regarding the dispute were not disclosed, Green Africa reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and customer service.
The airline advised affected passengers to stay informed through its official communication channels.
