A short while ago, the Executive Chairman for Katsina-Ala local government, Hon. Atera A. Alfred released funds and directed that Mr. Paul Aernan Kwaghkaa whose manhood was gnashed off recently by unknown gunmen at Solozo, Michihe council ward of Katsina-Ala local government be taken to Federal Medical Center, Makurdi for special attention and treatment.
Mr. Kwaghkaa who came to the office of the chairman this morning with his dear wife whose first pregnancy is 5 months old was attacked at midnight in his house while asleep.
According to the victim, he was strangled and after regaining consciousness, he discovered that his manhood was cut off by his attackers.
He thanked the Executive Chairman for intervening promptly and prayed God to bless him even as he expressed gratitude to God for saving his life.
