Gunmen have kidnapped an individual in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
Sources indicate that the victim, identified as Akika, was taken from his residence at Olorunda Aba in Lagelu Local Government Area on Wednesday evening.
As of Thursday, Akika’s whereabouts remain unknown.
The state police command’s Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso, has confirmed the abduction.
Osifeso said, “An investigation into the incident has begun. Further updates will be shared as they become available.”
