‘Hold ‘Prince’ Samuel, Frank Onuh responsible if anything happens to me, my family’ – Ameh cries out in fresh letter to Police IG, SARS, others

Journalist Ameh Comrade Godwin has raised fresh alarm over alleged fresh plans by Samuel Onuh, his brother, Frank, and others to attack him.

This came barely one month after the journalist escaped death in Area 8, Abuja when Samuel, who is the PDP candidate in the coming council election for Ogbadibo LGA and his brother, Frank led some thugs  to brutalize Ameh.

Few minutes after the attack, Onuh claimed through his spokesman in a statement that he never knew Ameh and doesn’t know what he was talking about.

He has refused to honour the police ever since his plan to kill the journalist, who also hailed from his village, Owukpa failed.

Ameh in a fresh letter sighted by this medium through his lawyer and addressed to the FCT Commissioner of Police, Police IG, SARS, IRT and other law enforcement agencies, said his life was in danger as Onuh and his thugs had concluded plans to terminate his life so he could not get justice after their first attempt to kill him failed.

“I write to inform you that the life of my client and that of his family are in serious danger because his attackers of February 26, Samuel Onuh, Frank Onuh and their thugs have not given up on their quest to terminate his life.

“He has complained of several threats by the suspects to come after him since he insists on getting justice.

“We call for immediate protection for him and his family and to inform your highly respected office that whatever happens to Ameh or any member of his family, the law should hold the Onuhs and their responsible,’ part of the fresh petition read.
