Hon. Egli Ahubi celebrates Rev. Fr. Augustine Odeh Acheme’s ordination (Photos)

The deputy speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Egli Johnson Ahubi on Sunday September 16th, 2018 joined hundreds of Catholic faithfuls to celebrate the ordination of Rev. Fr. Augustine Odeh Acheme at St. Ambrose station Udabi Adoka, Otukpo local government area of Benue State.

Hon. Egli who is the member representing Otukpo/Akpa constituency at the State House of Assembly is also the leading contender to represent Otukpo/Ohimini federal constituency at the National Assembly in 2019.

While giving the opening speech, the lawmaker who was accompanied by Mr. Ujah Inalegwu Samuel, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Samuel Ortom at the office of the deputy speaker, Hon. Momoh Ujih, former People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chairman, Otukpo local government, Hon. Adah Alechenu, his personal assistant amongst other dignitaries said he is thankful to God for the privilege to have witnessed this wonderful occasion, adding that it’s indeed a great achievement to have spent 12 years at the seminary and coming out successfully to be ordained.

He went further to say that he “prays that this event mark the beginning of great things to come to Udabi Adoka, Otukpo local government, Benue State and Nigeria as a whole.”
