How former security chief beheaded 4-year-old girl in Enugu

A tragic incident occurred in the Nsukka university community in Enugu State, where a four-year-old girl was beheaded.

The event took place on Sunday night in a suburb near Ikpa Market in Nru Community.

According to TheWhestler.ng, the suspect, identified as Emeka Owo from Nkanu East Local Government Area, was reportedly a former head of security at Ikpa Market.

According to an anonymous eyewitness, Owo visited the family’s home that night, claiming that his body needed blood. While other family members managed to escape, the young girl, who was asleep at the time, was unable to do so and was tragically beheaded.

The victim was the daughter of Mr. Ndubisi Ugwu, who resides in Abuja.

After the incident, the suspect allegedly returned to his home, a two-story building, with the child’s head.

A source mentioned that when people gathered in response to the incident, the suspect called the police, who subsequently arrested him.

The case has since been transferred to the Homicide Unit of the state Police Command.

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Daniel Ndukwe, requested the location of the incident, stating that he needed to verify the information.
