How frontline Okpotuche member, Sunday Ijika died


Fresh facts have emerged on what led to the death of frontline member of Okpotuche Club, Sunday Dominic Ijika died.
A family source hinted our reporter that kind-hearted Mr. Ijika, slumped Saturday in his Abuja home and was taken to the hospital.
In what could be termed as double tragedy, the insider said on their way to the hospital, the car had a terrible accident and it somersaulted severally.

On reaching the hospital, the doctor discovered that the accident had affected his brain and they decided to operate on him.
“It was the process he gave up the ghost,” the source said.
Ijika, a native of Inleng in Okpokwu LGA is said to be in his 50s.
Confirming the incident via a Facebook post, popular singer, Imelda J described the demise of Ijika as very sad and painful.
She said, “Death why? Why now? Why uncle Dominic? Why this way? Why why why. Tears….Still in shock. Can’t believe this oh. I wish it’s just a dream. Return If Possible because Rest in Peace is so hard to say right now. I remember when I first came to lagos, all you did for me(too numerous to mention) won’t be forgotten in a hurry even if you are no longer here physically. You will be missed. What a big lost? What a black Sunday? Greet brother Chris okewu for us.”
