Activist and co-convener of Concerned Nigeria Group, Deji Adeyanju, has stated that it was the Holy Spirit that used the National security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno, to exposed the corruption going on the Muhammadu Buhari-led government.
IDOMA VOICE recalls that Major General Monguno had last week during an interview with BBC Hausa, alleged that $1bn funds meant to purchase arms to tackle insurgency during the ex-service chiefs’ tenure got missing.
He alleged that neither the funds nor the weapons the ex-service chiefs were meant to buy could be traced.
According to him, the President will soon order a probe into the matter.
Reacting during an interview with AIT on Tuesday, Adeyanju said Monguno’s confesion was inspired by the Holy Spirit.
He said, “It was the holy spirit that used the National security Adviser to inform Nigerians that Money meant for arms were looted.”
