How Nigerian troops killed four armed bandits, recovered weapons – Gen. John Enenche

Major Gen. John Enenche, the coordinator of defence Media Operations has disclosed that troops of Operation ACCORD have killed 4 armed bandits at Jeka Da Rabi area along Kaduna-Abuja expressway.

This was disclosed in a statement released by Enenche in Abuja on Thursday.

He said the troops made contact with the bandits and engaged them with superior firepower thereby neutralizing 4 while others escaped with gun shots wounds.

The media coordinator said the troops also recovered one AK-47 rifle and 5 rounds of 9mm with a magazine.

The defence spokesman maintained that troops have continued to dominate the general area with aggressive patrols in search of the fleeing bandits just as the Military High Command congratulate the troops for their dexterity and encourage them to intensify the onslaught against the criminal elements in the country.
