How to check your 2025 WAEC private WASSCE results online

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the 2025 Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for private candidates.

In a statement posted on its official X handle on Saturday, WAEC confirmed, “The results of the Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination for Private Candidates, 2025—First Series, have been released.”

However, some candidates have expressed frustration over difficulties in accessing their results.

You can check your WAEC 2025 Computer-Based WASSCE for Private Candidates results by following these steps:

Method 1: Online via WAEC Portal

1. Visit the WAEC result portal: https://www.waecdirect.org

2. Enter your Examination Number (10-digit format).

3. Select Examination Year (2025).

4. Select Examination Type (Private Candidates – First Series).

5. Enter your WAEC e-PIN (Result Checker PIN).

6. Enter the Serial Number on your scratch card.

7. Click Submit to view your result.

Method 2: Via SMS

1. Send an SMS in this format:
   
   WAECExamNumberPIN*ExamYear to 32327 (e.g., WAEC*4250101001*123456789012*2025).

2. Ensure you use the same phone number used during registration.

3. You will receive an SMS with your result.
