How two FG directors, admin officer died in fatal motor accident

No fewer than three senior management staff of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Abuja, have lost their lives in a fatal motor accident on Lokoja-Abuja expressway.

The victims, according to findings, were Director of Administration, Mr Kanat Hassan, as well as Director of Science and Infrastructure, Professor Umar and Chief Administration Officer, Mrs Sotonye Ename.

Witnesses told newsmen that a Toyota Bus with number plate LSD 108 BJ, convening the deceased rammed into a stationary vehicle near Gada-Biyu village, on Thursday, while returning from an official assignment in Akure, Ondo State Capital.

A witness said one of the occupants, who survived the accident, was quickly rushed to the hospital by the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officers who came to the scene.
