An Abuja-based entrepreneur, Mr. Torking Torkuma Tork, has publicly appealed for assistance in securing an audience with the Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, in order to tender a personal apology.

In a post shared on social media late Tuesday, December 30, 2025, Tork said he was intensifying efforts to reach the governor, explaining that the apology was important for rebuilding ties and promoting understanding.

He called on notable Benue stakeholders to intervene on his behalf, mentioning figures such as Hon. Iorbee, Engr. Livinus Tsar, and Hon. Emberga Alfred, Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, as well as the Chief of Staff to the Benue State Government, to help arrange the meeting.

“I am looking for anyone who can take me to see Governor Hyacinth Alia. I need to apologise to him over a personal issue,” he said, expressing appreciation to anyone willing to assist.

While he did not reveal the specific issue behind the planned apology, Tork maintained that his intention was purely reconciliatory and motivated by goodwill.

He also made his contact available for further engagement, stating that he can be reached on 08069670685.
