Former Chairman of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA) and Chairman of the Presidential Committee to draw master plan for Nigerian football, Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima has rebuffed moves to drag him to contest for the presidency of the Nigeria Football Federation.
Reacting to moves by a group of football stakeholders to drag him to contest election, Alhaji Galadima said he’s not interested in coming back as the number one football administrator in the country.
“I can’t thank you enough for the gesture and goodwill. The template for the election as may be rolled out by the Congress will point to the direction of potential contestants.
“ For me, I regret to inform you that I may not be available to present myself as a candidate. I wish Nigerian football all the best. I remain grateful,” he said.
