The death of popular gospel music minister, Peter Otulu has thrown the Idoma community into mourning.
IDOMA VOICE exclusively reported that Otulu, who came into the limelight with his hit song, Opechi, many years ago passed away in his mid 70s at St. Daniel Hospital, Otukpo on Tuesday.
He hailed from Upipigbagbo Ejilo in Ugboju, here in Otukpo.
He left behind a beautiful wife, lady Ojoma Otulu and six blessed children, Ojo, Inalegwu, Godwin, Princess Ondugbe and Daniel.
Many Idoma natives have described his demise as a great loss.
Sympatisers have thronged his Otukpo home to console the family.
