Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has threatened to arrest any cow seen wandering on the streets of Akure.
IDOMA VOICEIDOMA VOICE recalls that the Governor had in January gave a quit notice to herdsmen to vacate the state’s forests.
In a recent interview with TCV, Akeredolu who had banned open grazing in Ondo state, vowed to arrest any cow found violating the order.
“We are banning open grazing. If I see a cow I will arrest it. They can’t move in Akure town. We wouldn’t allow it. It is not going to happen. We must put an end to it,” he said.
