UK or any country can’t execute repatriation warrant on Kanu even if Nigeria revoked his bail because they don’t recognize his group as terrorism body.
And as they don’t, they rather see Kanu as a political fugitive.
Political and religious offences are not extraditable in international law.
Only Nigeria is known for sending political fugitives from South English speaking Cameroon back to their country for trial, an infraction for which they sued and got court order in Nigeria FHC against Nigeria government.
