Govenror Samuel Ortom of Benue State has described himself as a prodigal son of Senator George Akume.
Ortom and Akume fell apart few months to the 2019 general election over the former claim that the latter was controlling him, thus preventing him from paying workers’ wages.
However, speaking during the burial of Hon Simeon Mbakorkaa Tarka, Ortom told Akume he was a prodigal son, who should be forgiven of his sins.
