I’m going through hell – BBNaija’s Phyna raises alarm

Ijeoma Josephine Otabor, widely known as Phyna and the winner of Big Brother Naija season 7, has opened up about her current mental health struggles in a heartfelt post on her Instagram page on Friday.

In her candid post, the reality star bravely shared that she is currently going through an immensely challenging period. She acknowledged that the internal battles she is facing are overwhelming, surpassing her capacity to handle them.

Phyna expressed, “I’m going through hell of shits. The internal battles I’m fighting are way bigger than me. Very honestly, for the very first time, my mental health is at stake.”

This revelation comes weeks after Phyna’s father, in an interview, accused her of distancing herself from him and other family members following her victory in the BBNaija show in 2022.
